brainIMATE is a free, browser-based app for vector drawing and 2D animation that keeps your documents, pictures and fonts locally on your device. The service is provided as-is without guarantees of availability or uptime.
You are solely responsible for the drawings and animations you make and the files you import or share using brainIMATE, and for holding the rights to them. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
You retain full ownership of all drawings, animations and documents you create with brainIMATE. The brainIMATE software is open source and available under its respective license on GitHub.
brainIMATE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, brainIMATE and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.
Since brainIMATE keeps your work only in your browser until you save it, you are responsible for backing up your work, for example by saving a .brainimate file. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from browser crashes, cleared site data, or other local issues.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of brainIMATE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
